Role



Thomas leads the Copenhagen office at ZS. He was part of the integration team during the acquisition of Intomics into ZS in May of 2022. The strategic addition helps ZS accelerate and optimize pharmaceutical drug discovery and development by enabling complex analysis of biomedical data. Thomas supports the commercialization efforts to ensure CRM, sales processes and gate models help enable the team’s growth in the biomedical research service line.  

Expertise



Thomas has experience with building new business opportunities, new markets, creating solid business cases and establishing an effective sales and marketing strategy. He has proven skills in strategic sales within complex public and private organizations establishing processes that increases the win rate and build high performance sales teams.

Prior experience



For more than 15 years, Thomas has led and built high growth and profitable business areas within large and small companies like 3M, Cambio Healthcare Systems and Intomics. Thomas has managed large sales and marketing organizations, driving regional business transformation programs, as well as integrating smaller IT companies. 

Education



Thomas holds an MBA in business administration and marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
