Adam is a principal in ZS’s emerging life sciences practice. He advises leaders at precommercial and growth-stage life sciences companies and builds teams, programs and technology solutions that unlock the value of ZS expertise for growing companies.

Adam is passionate about bringing new technologies to market and scaling commercial organizations. He understands the unique challenges and decisions executives face as life sciences companies start to scale their people, processes and systems. Adam excels at building a compelling vision for investors, optimizing organic and inorganic pipeline decisions and developing go-to-market strategies.

Before Adam joined ZS, he worked as a management consultant focused on corporate strategy for clients in the energy, telecommunications and chemical industries.

He holds an MBA with distinction from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in economics and government from Claremont McKenna College.
