Gaurav is an associate principal in ZS’s health plan and provider industry vertical. He is focused on driving commercial value and improved health outcomes for healthcare customers using digital and technology solutions. He also leads the business technology capability group in ZS’s Princeton office.

Gaurav has worked exclusively with healthcare and life sciences customers since 2009. He is an expert at driving business transformation using cloud technologies and data-driven analytics. He has helped several clients conceptualize and implement integrated commercial operations, evolve contracting and pricing capabilities, and revolutionize enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities. 

Prior to joining ZS’s health plan and provider industry vertical team, Gaurav has helped several pharmaceutical clients bring new life saving treatments to market and making them accessible to patients. Before ZS, Gaurav worked as a software engineer, helping clients in the financial and retail sector with consumer-facing web applications. 

Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science and engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (currently known as Dr. APJ Kalam Technical University) in India.
