As a business technology solutions manager in the drug development practice, Harini manages and leads the study planning platform to help clients do end-to-end, smarter study planning and enrollment forecasting with evidence-driven decisions and adaptable technology. She works with clients to anticipate and respond to a dynamic clinical research environment.

Harini is a trusted adviser and highly proficient leader in driving large technology transformations with functional leadership. She has successfully delivered consulting and technology engagements in R&D, clinical operations, site and sponsor collaboration, clinical data management and integrations, feasibility, startups and safety and regulatory among other areas.

Prior to joining ZS, Harini spent over 12 years in Cognizant Business Consulting, leading several consulting engagements spanning across areas with clients globally. She has led and managed programs on IT portfolio rationalization, complaint management and adverse event reporting and large-scale improvement and simplification exercises.

She has also led product adoption and the project management office (PMO) of the cross-industry sponsor-site collaboration platform for several clients. She also led a team to collaborate with large research institutions and investigational site networks for site data management. 

Harini holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.
