Kapil is a global technology leader for life sciences organizations within the commercial operations and analytics space.

Kapil leads ZS’s enterprise data management and analytics practice area. He has expertise across IT strategy development, enterprise analytics and integration and execution of IT technology transformation programs.

Kapil is a business technology professional with more than 18 years of experience and a passion for delivering results to clients across three core areas: Helping businesses derive value and innovation from investment in technology; defining the IT strategy and associated enterprise architecture to help clients transform the way they leverage their technology investments; and shaping the transformation road map.

He has extensive public speaking experience and is a published author of a book on BPM and SOA entitled Business Process Driven SOA Using BPMN and BPEL.

His specialties include IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technology road maps, IT function transformation, big data, data science and advanced analytics, business/technology alignment, large-scale transformation planning and architecture.

Prior to ZS, Kapil worked for Deloitte in generating and delivering opportunities in high-growth areas such as data science, big data and cloud technologies.

Kapil has a master’s in computer applications and a bachelor’s degree in business studies. He also has a TOGAF certification.
