Role



Karan is the client services leader of a major life sciences organization. In this role, he quarterbacks a large global team that drives business impact through solutions across R&D to commercialization. In addition, Karan leads a key innovation project for ZS aimed at reimagining commercial planning in the evolving ecosystem.

 

 

Expertise



Karan has 15-plus years of consulting experience and strong expertise in healthcare on topics like customer engagement, organization design, commercial innovation and integrated analytics. Karan has led clients through a variety of cross-functional initiatives that require a strategic mindset and transformation approach.

 

 

Prior experience



Karan joined ZS’s Pune, India, office in 2005 immediately after graduation. He was one of the first members of the rapidly growing ZS India team supporting sales analytics. Karan transferred to ZS’s Princeton, N.J., office in 2009 and began to expand his consulting repertoire in healthcare.

 

 

Education



Karan holds a bachelor’s of technology in industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.
