Role
Lukas is a leader in ZS’s European medtech consulting practice. He joined ZS in 2011 and has since been part of both the Zurich and San Francisco offices.
Expertise
Lukas primarily works with clients in the medical device industry and also has experience in digital connected health and the pharmaceutical space.
A significant amount of Lukas’ experience at ZS has included projects in the areas of commercial strategy, segmentation, sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation design, sales force competency models and capability building, and market opportunity assessments. In addition, Lukas has worked with multiple medtech companies on establishing and maturing the go-to-market capability across EMEA.
Education
Lukas holds a master’s degree in strategy and international management and a B.A. in economics from the University of St. Gallen. As part of his studies, he also spent semesters abroad in MBA programs at the University of Texas and the University of Minnesota.
