Peter leads ZS’s talent and learning practice, where he helps clients tackle tough talent issues. He employs a data-driven approach to build client skills that improve organizational results. Peter and his team collaborate with clients across various industries and geographies, delivering high-quality solutions that align with their business needs and objectives.

Expertise



Peter is a leader in tech-enabled organizational transformation, supporting clients to achieve their strategic goals and enhance their performance. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing talent strategies and life cycle processes, capability assessments, learning solutions, operating models, organizational structures, change enablement plans, strategic communications and leadership engagement initiatives.

Prior experience



Before joining ZS, Peter was a managing director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, where he spent over 20 years leading large organizational transformations in the life sciences sector. He also spent five years building his foundation and expertise with Accenture.

Education



Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Florida State University
