Pragati has over 15 years of consulting experience focused on helping clients design and execute digitalization strategy through classic AI and generative AI, data, tech and processes. Pragati leads the supply chain and manufacturing practice area for ZS in the EU.

Pragati is an expert in helping clients establish highly functional and efficient digital capabilities. This includes partnering with data and AI teams to deliver use cases across supply chain, manufacturing and quality. She manages the entire journey from idea to proof of concept to scaling as well as holistic thinking on AI and digitalization vision and strategy and governance to deliver timely impact.

Pragati is also experienced in bringing various client teams together from business, data, AI and tech—across thinkers and doers to deliver a capability that is adopted and delivers financial value.

Pragati holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India, and a bachelor’s degree in technology from IIT-Bombay. She is Six Sigma and Prince2^® practitioner certified.
