Role
Sharon leads ZS’s patient centricity work in the U.S. She brings over 15 years of marketing communications experience across a broad range of categories, from fashion and lifestyle to pharma and healthcare.
Expertise
Sharon works with senior leaders to help transform organizations to strategically focus on patient centricity. She has developed and implemented strategic solutions that combine marketing efforts with patient support programs and a focus on patient experience for pharmaceutical, biotech, OTC and wellness clients. Sharon taps into her knowledge and experience inside and outside of healthcare to help companies put the patient at the center of everything they do.
Prior experience
Prior to joining ZS, Sharon led the engagement strategy practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where she was responsible for developing and leading strategic marketing across the agency’s pharma, healthcare and wellness clients. Her work included multichannel marketing strategy and planning, patient experience, CRM, innovation workshops and digital, mobile and social media programs in a variety of categories both in the U.S. and globally.
Education
Sharon received an executive Master of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and a B.S. in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
