Siva leads the safety and regulatory service lines at ZS, where he continues to develop ZS’s safety and regulatory capabilities as well as drive innovation across the clinical value chain through digitization.

Siva has a strong blend of leadership skills, hands-on life sciences domain knowledge and technical know-how in data sciences, AI and machine learning.

He specializes in understanding the opportunities and challenges the industry faces in the R&D value chain and by driving innovation using digital levers.

Siva also conceptualizes and creates cutting-edge industry intellectual property. For example, he automated labeling and pharmacovigilance to reduce turnaround time and costs by 30%-40% in both metrics, accelerated regulatory approvals and delivered savings of $4M in regulatory operations.

Siva has experience leading business operations like regulatory submissions management and intelligence, aggregate reporting and individual case safety report processing across various pharma companies for contract research organizations.

He also has several years of experience leading innovative regulatory automation solutions such as regulatory planning and content authoring. He has also been involved in various data fabric and data analytics solutions for regulatory and safety organizations.

Siva holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.E. in computer science from Bharathiar University.
