After at least 2 ½ years of tenure at ZS, you can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies and, if accepted, receive financial support.

Paid time off
Full-time employees will accrue 15 days of paid vacation per calendar year in addition to paid holidays. Full-time employees hired at the manager level or above will accrue 20 days of paid vacation per year. Additionally, ZS provides five days of paid sick time per year.

Family leave
Our family leave program offers you up to 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member. In addition, we offer up to 158 days of statutory maternity leave for new mothers.
