ZS acquires Digital Additive to bolster its personalized marketing solutions

Deal also strengthens ZS’s Salesforce capabilities and relationship with the SaaS company

 

Evanston, Ill. – June 11, 2024 – ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, announced today it has acquired Digital Additive, a leading Salesforce digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem to build data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns and deliver impactful results. Now, together with Digital Additive, ZS has strengthened its end-to-end customer engagement capabilities, including digital data and analytics, customer orchestration and marketing activation.
