ZS broadened and expanded our impact



ZS expanded our reach with the establishment of our first ZS Operations Center in Hyderabad, India, reinforcing our commitment to helping life sciences clients unlock the full potential of their global capability centers. By leveraging advanced analytics, technology expertise and seamless integration with clients’ operations, this center is designed to optimize performance and drive innovation. This strategic move highlights ZS’s dedication to delivering scalable, efficient and impactful solutions that transform the way global businesses operate and achieve success.

ZS celebrated the remarkable contributions and growth of our people by promoting more than 2,850 ZSers across our global offices. This milestone reflects our commitment to recognizing and advancing talent, fostering professional development and empowering employees to reach their full potential. ZS expanded its expertise in digital marketing with the acquisition of Digital Additive, enhancing our capabilities in Salesforce-powered solutions. By integrating Digital Additive’s specialization in Salesforce with ZS’s robust consulting and technology services, we’re now better positioned to help clients achieve meaningful digital transformations. This strategic move strengthens ZS’s ability to deliver more personalized and effective customer experiences, driving superior business outcomes across industries.

ZS showcased our expertise and drove industry conversations



ZS shared our thought leadership on sales excellence through “The Harvard Business Review Sales Management Handbook.” Authored by ZS Founder Prabha Sinha and Principals Arun Shastri and Sally Lorimer, this comprehensive guide offers proven strategies for building and leading high-performing sales teams. Published by Harvard Business Review Press, the book provides actionable insights into critical topics such as sales force effectiveness, sales leadership and operations. It serves as a valuable resource for business leaders aiming to optimize their sales functions and drive sustained success.

In 2024, ZS actively engaged with the global business and healthcare community by sponsoring, hosting and speaking at industry-leading events such as the SCOPE Summit, Reuters Pharma USA and EU, HLTH, Dreamforce and AWS re:Invent. These forums allowed ZS to share thought leadership, connect with industry peers and highlight our innovative solutions.

In addition, ZS hosted our annual Impact Live event series, which brought together clients from around the world to explore emerging industry trends, gain insights into ZS’s cutting-edge capabilities and network with industry professionals. ZS remains at the forefront of innovation with the launch of Myelo, a first-of-its-kind generative AI chatbot created in partnership with the International Myeloma Foundation. Myelo leverages advanced AI and natural language processing to support multiple myeloma patients and their care partners. This groundbreaking tool provides personalized answers to questions, connects users with educational resources and fosters access to support communities. Myelo exemplifies ZS’s commitment to harnessing technology to enhance patient experiences and improve outcomes in healthcare.
 

ZS celebrated a milestone in innovation with our first patent—for Personalize.AI, an advanced SaaS solution designed to revolutionize customer engagement. By leveraging cutting-edge AI, Personalize.ai delivers tailored recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable business success. This patented technology highlights ZS’s leadership in combining AI with actionable insights, empowering clients to build deeper, more meaningful customer relationships.

Throughout 2024, ZS received multiple accolades for our inclusive work culture and industry-leading client impact.
