Our group plays a unique and vital role in uplifting black and Hispanic perspectives and voices across the company, and in respectfully challenging thought, encouraging participation and inspiring action. The Alliance strives toward a common goal of enhancing inclusion across our firm.

Since Monte joined ZS this year to counsel clients on strategy and transformation and growth marketing solutions that deliver lasting value in the biopharma space, she has brought her thoughtful, strategic approach to both our clients and to our internal inclusion and diversity groups. In addition to her role of working with clients on commercial strategy, providing expertise around marketing, medical education, market access, field leadership, patient services and life cycle management - Monte also quickly took on leadership of the global Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) relationship and elevated our thinking to strengthen this partnership. With a clear vision of the benefits we can bring to HBA, Monte has formed a relationship that will be foundational for years to come. She also is a strong voice in our Black and Hispanic Alliance and recently moderated a discussion about being Black in America for 900+ ZSers that has been described as “the most moving, personal, and powerful webinar I have ever attended.”
