Andy leads the strategy and excellence team for ZS’s medical and evidence practice area, as well as the medical and evidence team in Europe. He has led organizational transformation initiatives, large-scale capability-building programs, and has worked across all medical affairs domains at the global and affiliate level.

Andy’s focus areas include medical strategy, excellence, evidence, competency and skill development, field medical excellence, transformation and change management, medical insights and scientific communication strategy. Andy also regularly partners with the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS), including at its global and EMEA summits, leading multiple workshops and plenary sessions.

Prior to joining ZS, Andy developed the market entry strategy for a lithium-ion battery storage business venture, led a field-based digital advertising team for a newspaper and served as a tank platoon leader in the U.S. Army.

Andy holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in political science from Indiana University.
