Bernadette has helped over a dozen clients with issues related to talent development.

Bernadette is a consultant with ZS. She is aligned to the strategy and transformation team, with a specific focus on talent development.

Bernadette has worked on a broad range of projects related to helping people turn strategy to performance. Since joining ZS, she has supported her client teams in initiatives related to leadership development, change management, talent strategy, personnel assessment approaches, sales process design and sales training.

Bernadette completed her Ph.D. in educational psychology prior to coming to ZS. In this program, she became experienced in conducting and analyzing research in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. While at Temple, Bernadette also served as an adjunct professor and gained clinical experience as an extern at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Bernadette completed her Ph.D. in educational psychology at Temple University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in public communication from American University.
