Expertise
Doug has worked on pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues in North America, South America, Europe and Asia since 1987. He has helped leading pharmaceutical firms address a broad spectrum of commercial management issues, including sales force design and deployment, incentives and performance management, customer valuation/segmentation/targeting, and information management systems to support commercial operations.
Prior experience
Doug has served on ZS’s board, management committee, principal election committee and risk management committee. He also led the team that developed ZS’s ARTiS™ business intelligence offering. Doug also has served as executive sponsor of ZS’s global IT team, and as ZS's Latin America practice leader.
Education
Doug completed a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Harvard University.
