Iain has transformed the global analytics capabilities of his clients, establishing international advanced analytics and data science capabilities covering resource allocation, marketing mix, forecasting across 20-plus countries.

Iain brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with an emphasis on international operations and technology. He works with clients ranging from top 20 pharmaceutical companies to biotech and medical device companies. He is currently the leader of ZS’s EU operations and technology practice.

Iain has expertise both in sales and marketing, and in delivering strong analytical solutions to both strategy and operational business problems. He focuses on supporting clients with global transformation programs involving commercial analytics, operations and IT, including global and regional advanced analytics programs, global forecasting solutions, global sales planning solutions, global incentive compensation administration, and global data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.

Iain joined ZS in 1996. Prior to his current role, he also served as the managing principal of ZS’s Zurich office and London office.

Iain holds a B.A. in mathematics from Oxford University.
