Jonas is an associate principal in ZS’s health plan and provider practice area, where he helps clients shape their analytics vision, strategy and capability roadmap.

Jonas has 20 years of experience in analytics leadership and delivery, and has spent a majority of those years exclusively serving payers and providers. He excels in integrating business operations with data science solutions and has led numerous engagements in building enterprise capabilities in analytics and AI transformation. Jonas collaborates with client executives to develop capabilities across talent, operating models, technology, processes, and data. 

Prior to joining ZS, Jonas was vice president of data science at Genpact. He previously served as the analytics lead in healthcare advisory at PwC and as principal data scientist at Humana, focusing on population health, clinical outcomes and medical economics. Jonas is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served for 11 years in the intelligence community, specializing in data, analytics and cybersecurity.

Jonas holds an M.S. in predictive analytics from Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in management from the University of Texas.
