Role
Jordan is a leader in ZS’s strategy and transformation group, focusing on organizational design, capability building and implementation. Jordan has helped over 10 companies transform their organizational structures. He has also developed capability building programs that have trained more than 5,000 people globally.
Expertise
Jordan joined ZS in 2013. He has experience in life sciences consulting, with a focus on operating model design, transformation, launch strategy and talent strategy for clients from Fortune 500 companies to small-to-midsize startups.
Jordan is also an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and is on the executive council of the Business Council for Peace (Bpeace), a nonprofit focused on job creation through pro bono consulting engagements with small women-led businesses in communities in need.
Additional experience
Prior to joining ZS, Jordan worked as a financial solutions consultant for Merrill Lynch.
Education
Jordan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in psychology and economics from Colgate University.
