Murali has experience in sales and marketing IT consulting projects, data warehousing and data management services, and works with the pharmaceutical industry on commercial operations and rebate administration.

Murali has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing IT consulting projects, including data warehousing and data management services, BI sales planning and CRM initiatives. 

Murali has managed over 20 large data warehouse implementations in the U.S., along with over 200 data management projects and two data migration projects for a CRM implementation. Murali is also head of the business technology group in India and has worked with ZS clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. His assignments have included work in South America, Japan and Europe in addition to the United States. Murali joined ZS in 1992.

Murali’s experience prior to joining ZS includes one year in the systems department at a major pharmaceutical company.

Murali has an M.S. in information technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s in computer science from Temple University.
