Sagar is a leader in ZS’s R&D AI and data science capability, where he empowers clients to harness AI and data science to transform workflows and processes. He achieves this across R&D functions, encompassing research, clinical, safety and regulatory domains.

Tapping into more than a decade of expertise in real-world data (RWD), R&D and AI, Sagar has helped develop products and bespoke projects that have generated actionable insights in patient identification, subtyping, opinion leader identification and AI-assisted systematic literature review. He has also supported clients across industries in R&D and real-world evidence (RWE), to create applications that leverage RWD, AI, machine learning and data science. His experience includes leading projects on clinical trial feasibility and planning using RWD, RWE studies, biometrics, patient prediction and AI-driven clinical support.

Sagar holds a B. Tech from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (NITK) in India.
