ZS Certified as a Great Place to Work® in the US for third consecutive year

After a year of tremendous growth, ZS is proud to have earned certification as a Great Place to Work in the U.S.–for the third consecutive year. This certification is based entirely on what employees anonymously report about their workplace experience, and when surveyed, 89% of ZSers rated ZS as a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. 

“We are honored to receive this recognition, and it is a testament to our people and the inclusive, supportive culture that we’ve built at ZS. As our firm continues to grow, ZSers find new ways to bring passion and innovation to their work, while creating a truly collaborative workplace,” says Thiagi Suryanarayanan, ZS’s chief human resources officer.

Survey highlights include positive feelings around the collaborative, inclusive environment and a sense of pride in ZS:

• 94% say they are made to feel welcome when joining the company 
  
• 94% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices
• 94% say people are willing to give extra to get the job done

This accolade comes in addition to ZS India’s sixth consecutive certification as a Great Place to Work®, and recent certification in the U.K., Germany and Switzerland. ZS is also proud to be named a Fortune Best Workplace in Chicago 2022.
