ZSers taking action
To drive positive change across ZS, we foster community and a sense of belonging through education, leadership programs, networking and our Belonging Networks: ZSer-led employee resource groups. Our Belonging Networks consist of seven inclusion and diversity groups (IDGs) and two people and culture-related groups.
Accessibility@ZS
Accessibility@ZS is an IDG that supports ZSers with disability-related needs and provides guidance on how to make ZS more accessible and accommodating.
Asian@ZS
Asian@ZS is an IDG that aims to uplift Asian voices, raise awareness of important issues facing the Asian and Pacific Islander communities and encourage Asian-identifying ZSers to create positive change and career growth at ZS.
Black and Hispanic Alliance
BHA is an IDG that uplifts Black and Hispanic perspectives and voices across ZS, fostering challenging thought, encouraging participation and inspiring action.
Healthy Minds@ZS
Healthy Minds@ZS is a people and culture group that aims to support all ZSers in their mental health journeys through awareness, empowerment and resources.
Jewish@ZS
Jewish@ZS is an IDG that raises awareness around issues that are unique to the Jewish community.
Life & Family@ZS
Life & Family@ZS is a people and culture group that provides resources, care and community for ZSers to thrive in and outside the workplace.
Pride@ZS
Pride@ZS is an IDG and network for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies around the world dedicated to raising awareness, facilitating knowledge-sharing and relationship-building and enabling growth opportunities.
Veterans@ZS
Veterans@ZS is an IDG that unites talented people with military experience from nations around the world and empowers them to translate their valuable skills into a successful career at ZS.

Women@ZS is an IDG that supports women in building successful, long-term careers by enabling professional growth, launching connections and supporting individual choices.
