Role
As global lead for ZS’s effectiveness and talent service line, Sean focuses on Field Effectiveness @ Scale by incorporating AI into customer-facing field roles to get the most engaged, motivated and successful teams. He is also the founding lead of ZS’s U.S. private equity and middle market growth practice, where he focuses on building commercial capabilities for B2B middle-market companies to drive organic growth and value creation.
Expertise
Sean has nearly 20 years of B2B commercial excellence expertise. His work encompasses a dedicated focus on building client organizational capabilities, program management and execution. Across dozens of clients, Sean’s programs typically include a holistic diagnostic assessment and prioritization of growth strategies, both at an enterprise level and within key segments.
Additionally, Sean is an active community leader and growth investor and is also vice chairman of the board for Minds Matter Chicago, a nonprofit focused on leveling the playing field for high-achieving first-generation and low-income students.
Prior experience
Sean served as a leader in business development and sales operations for a B2B technology services firm.
Education
Sean holds an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and enterprise systems engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
