Highlights from a recent ZS survey showcase positive feelings around our collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and a sense of pride in working for ZS:
- 97% of ZSers consider ZS a safe place to work.
- More than 92% of ZSers say they’re treated fairly regardless of their gender and sexual identity.
- 88% of our customers rate the service we deliver as excellent.
In 2022, ZS not only expanded floors in our Gurugram office, but also opened a second location in Pune and an office in Bengaluru at Manyata Tech Park. The opening of the newest office in Noida, Delhi, in 2023 added a convenient location for ZSers to maximize their flexible, connected working model. The new and existing spaces provide state-of-the-art work areas, as well as breakout and recreational rooms—such as gaming zones and gyms—where colleagues can come together to unwind and recharge.
At ZS, we take pride in encouraging our people to contribute in a way that is unique to them, and ZSers in India are uniting to mitigate climate impact. The New Delhi office is exploring solar energy to supply as much as 40% of its electricity needs. And in Pune, ZS’s largest office by population, we recently secured renewable energy for the entire office. The move reduces 1,170 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, equal to the carbon dioxide absorption capability of about 50,000 trees in a year.
Our commitment to treating people right, getting it right and doing the right thing is also evident in the work ZS India is doing to improve health outcomes for all. ZS in India recently concluded the second edition of ZS PRIZE, a healthcare innovation award that is helping the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs bring positive change to the healthcare landscape. Offering extensive mentorship opportunities, ZS PRIZE invites innovative ideas from startups, professionals and students aimed at improving affordable, accessible healthcare.
