ZS is proud to be certified a Great Place To Work® for the fourth consecutive year in the U.S. The certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience and is based on what current employees anonymously report about their workplace experience. This year, 82% of ZSers said ZS is a great place to work—25 points higher than the average U.S. company.
Highlights from the survey reflect ZSers’ commitment to treat people right, get it right and do the right thing:
- 93% of ZSers said people here are given a lot of responsibility.
- More than 91% of ZSers said people are treated fairly regardless of their race, age or sexual orientation.
- 90% of ZSers said people are willing to give extra to get the job done.
This most recent recognition adds to the list of Great Place to Work® honors that ZS has received in the U.S., including Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago™ 2023. ZS has also been named the No. 1 Best Large Place To Work in the U.S. 2023 by Built In and a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign, receiving a perfect score for four years in a row.
