With 18 years of military service, including time stationed in Washington, D.C., during 9/11, Rick exemplifies the leadership, resilience and strategic thinking honed during his years in the armed forces. While on active duty, Rick earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA, demonstrating his commitment to learning and personal growth. At ZS, he applies his military-honed problem-solving skills to help clients optimize customer models, understand motivations and develop effective go-to-market strategies. His work includes advising clients on sales force strategy and structure, creating tailored solutions that drive important business outcomes.
