The Great Place to Work® Institute, an employee experience platform widely considered the global authority on workplace culture, recently named ZS a Great Place to Work in the U.K., Germany and Switzerland. The certification is entirely based on what current employees say, and in an anonymous survey, 95% of ZSers rated the firm as a great place to work.
“Our people are the heart and soul of ZS, and we’re honored to have earned this recognition directly from them,” reflected Jeff Gold, regional managing principal in Europe.
Here are some highlights from the survey:
- 94% say they're proud to work at ZS
- 96% find ZS management honest, ethical and easily approachable
- 98% say they're treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation
- 96% say they’re made to feel welcome when joining the company
The latest certification is a testament to ZS’s values of treating people right, getting it right and doing the right thing—an ethos that extends beyond its European offices. With over 10,000 employees in more than 25 offices worldwide, ZS’s commitment to its people is growing, even in a pandemic.
“The recognition speaks volumes about the confidence ZSers have in our efforts to build a rewarding environment where they can thrive and take their careers to the next level.”
Jeff Gold, ZS regional managing principal, Europe
The Great Place to Work Institute also added ZS to the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing this year and the Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services in the U.S. in 2021. For five consecutive years, it has awarded ZS in India the same certificate. Additionally, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation named ZS the Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality for the third year in a row, the Working Mother and AVTAR Best Companies for Women in India study deemed ZS one of the Top 10 Companies for Women in India and Analytics India Magazine ranked ZS eighth among the “Top 50 Firms in India for Data Scientists To Work For” in 2021.
In addition to its offices in Barcelona, Cambridge, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Paris and Zurich, ZS recently broadened its European presence to include a new office in Berlin, Germany. With this expansion, ZS plans to drive closer collaboration with clients and partners across the continent and continue to grow its in-market and university talent base.
“The recognition speaks volumes about the confidence ZSers have in our efforts to build a rewarding environment where they can thrive and take their careers to the next level,” adds Jeff Gold.
