Along with this certification, our U.K. offices have been named a “Best Workplace” and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing. The Great Place to Work Institute is the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. To earn these certifications, ZS anonymously interviewed current ZSers in the U.K. office—95% of whom rated ZS as a great place to work!

These awards are a testament to the amazing people that make ZS what it is today. With over 12,000 ZSers in more than 30+ offices worldwide, ZS continues to show our commitment to our people by building a rewarding environment that empowers growth, collaboration and innovation.
To ensure every ZSer is able to reach their career goals, we assign professional development (PD) coaches. PD coaches dedicate part of their time to growing talent through individual conversations and group sessions. By working with their PD coach, ZSers can unlock their potential and maximize performance at every stage of their career.
ZSer-led diversity, equity and inclusion groups drive positive change by building community, empathy and awareness across our organization—such as our Women@ZS hosting virtual and in-person events across the globe to celebrate International Women’s Day and our Black and Hispanic Alliance hosting a global townhall to honor Black History Month. ZS has a total of seven diversity, equity and inclusion groups, with many more growing and forming every year.
